What actually happens in an energy healing session?
To begin, we will sit down together and have a gentle chat about your reasons for seeking out energy healing.
We'll discuss your expectations and talk about any boundaries or trigger points you may have.
Clothing remains in place and you'll lie face up on the massage table, covered in a soft blanket if you choose.
Taking a few deep breaths together, I'll start at your head with my hands connecting with your energy field.
Working my way around you clockwise, I will finish again at your head and gently touch your shoulder when this part of the session is over.
Using Reconnective Healing techniques, outwardly it simply looks like I'm waving my hands very slowly around your body. On the subtle level, I'm clearing energetic debris and connecting you back to your own power and strength.
Once finished, you can take your time getting up and we'll sit down again and have a talk about anything that comes up. Everybody's journey is different and there is no right or wrong way to experience an energy healing session.
If you are so inclined, I usually bring out my oracle cards at this point and we close the session with a reading.
