What happens in a professional cuddle session?
Firstly we will engage in a discussion about our needs, expectations and boundaries. There will be a mutual agreement that either of us at any time can take a break or express a need to change position.
Unlike other experiences where the professional leads the way, cuddling requires you, the client to dictate how you desire the session to go.
You may like to start with an extended hug, or simply sitting down on the couch together arm in arm.
Some common favourites are spooning and the back-to-chest postion. This involves you resting your back against my chest while I wrap my arms around you.
Generally, a few different ways are tried before we settle into one that works and there's no pressure to stick with one position the entire session either.
All of you is welcomed and you are free to have music playing, to watch a movie, engage in conversation, or simply to enjoy the gift of silence.
Once the time has concluded, you're welcome to express your thoughts and feelings if you'd like to.
